As many of you are aware, proposed revisions to the Kentucky Statute 294 (that regulates the Mortgage Brokers operating in Kentucky) will require continuing education credit hours. If passed as proposed, all loan originators and brokers will be required to complete 12 hours of continuing education each year (or 24 hours every 2 years Ž 12 hours may be allowed to carry over from the previous year).

To accommodate the upcoming statute changes, the KMBA is offering an aggressive schedule of continuing education courses. You can view a description of each of these courses at www.namb.org.
